Meet Tasha
Trauma-Informed Life Coach
I’m Tasha, trauma-informed life coach, mom of three boys, and founder of Unbound Woman.
I’ve lived through severe trauma, in childhood and adulthood, and I know what it’s like to feel trapped in patterns you can’t seem to break.
My passion now is helping other women reclaim their lives, break free from what binds them, and rebuild from a place of truth, safety, and real self-worth.
With God’s help, deep personal work, and a background in Women’s Studies and Psychology, this is the work I’m called to do.

Why Unbound Woman Is Different

Let’s be honest
You cannot manifest your trauma away.
You cannot meditate or journal your way out of deep generational cycles.
You cannot “raise your vibration” and bypass the nervous system, the body, and the reality of what you’ve lived through.
In a world of instant gratification, quick-fix coaching, and spiritual bypassing, real trauma healing takes time.
Real change takes grit, honesty, and deep work. It’s not always pretty. It’s not always fast. But it’s the only path that works.
At Unbound Woman, I will not sell you false promises.
I will not coddle you.
I will tell you the truth, and I will expect you to show up for yourself.
Because trauma recovery is not about staying a victim.
It’s about reclaiming your life. Rebuilding your identity. Owning your choices.
It’s about doing the hard work to become Unbound.
If you’re ready for that, this is your space.
If you want soft tones and quick-fix healing — it’s not.
Working with Tasha has had a profound impact on my therapy. Her warm and friendly approach has helped me open up in a way I never felt comfortable doing, not even with my therapist. Tasha has been instrumental in helping me identify my traumas and providing validation. I continue to work with Tasha alongside my therapist, and I feel that her support significantly enhances my therapy. Tasha regularly provides me with talking points to discuss with my therapist, especially when it falls out of her scope of practice.

I didn't know what I was looking for; I just knew I was struggling, and my very expensive therapist was not the answer. I started looking at life coaches and stumbled upon Tasha. I do not know what it is about her, but I found myself opening up honestly. I felt safe and unjudged, and through months of working with Tasha, I was able to identify some areas of my life I needed to change and why I was where I was; she helped me identify some of my traumas where once people would minimize them, even my therapist. This feeling of being unjudged was crucial in my healing process, and it made me realize that no trauma is too small when working with Tasha.

I can not recommend Tasha enough. She has a gift for working with people. She has changed the way I show up in my life and my awareness of my triggers, all while charging this single mom affordable fees. I feel like sometimes Therapists are charging an arm and a leg, and it makes getting help very unattainable. I feel like Tasha desires to help people more than it's about the money; bless her as she continues to fill the gaps and give back to the low-income population. Thank you, Tasha.
